Children from our entire
community come to the mission
to experience the love of Jesus
and gain help for a better life
through education.
This website is developed by
PTL. All fundraising and
marketing is done by the staff.
ALL DONATIONS ARE USED
BY PTL TO HELP PEOPLE IN
NEED. Administrative costs
are internal and WE DO NOT
ACCEPT SALARIES.
Material Donation Needs

The poor and needy can use everything that anyone would use to get by each day.
Since the People That Love is a place to receive emergency assistance our needs are
quite basic. Some helpful ideas:

1. Clothing. Always in demand we especially can use mens work clothing,
shoes, underwear and socks. Kids and newborn - toddlers stuff. Women's items are
always welcome.

2. Food. We operate a food pantry that gives perishable and non-perishables to
families and individuals. Our soup kitchen can use #10 canned food in addition to
frozen beef, chicken, fish, etc. We also welcome prepared food that may be left over
from a restaurant, party or even dated food from a retail store. This is completely
legal under Florida law (Food Donor Statue, Chapter 768.136 F.S.).

3. Household Goods. For folks who are restarting their lives we provide utensils,
microwaves, linens, towels and other basics. WE DO NOT  TAKE FURNITURE AS WE
CANNOT STORE IT DUE TO INSUFFICIENT SPACE.

4. New Toys and School Supplies. While these are seasonal needs we do collect items
during the year. All age groups are needed.

5. Personal Hygiene. Disposable razors, shave cream, toothpaste and toothbrushes,
combs, deodorant, soap, and shampoo.
Donation Information
Times Are Tough.
You may want to donate but
feel that you can't afford to
or you cannot not give as
you used to.
Well, the good news is that
you can help by changing
the way you donate.
Give less cash. Bring in
clean, used clothing,
household items. Drop off
canned goods or
non-perishable food.
Start a drive in the
neighborhood, at work or
church. Collect dated food
from your local store or
restaurant.
Bring your stuff to us and
we'll give all of it to the poor.
You will be blessed!
